Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with business management software and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the company.
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision and market opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Represent Gururo in external engagements, including partnerships, negotiations, and industry events.
