General Manager
About The Position
Kaizen Collision Center is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their El Mirage, Arizona location. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the collision center, encompassing production, financial performance, employee development, customer satisfaction, quality control, and operational efficiency. The General Manager will be a hands-on leader managing people, processes, and performance, ensuring safe, high-quality repairs and maintaining strong relationships with estimators, technicians, customer service representatives, parts personnel, insurance partners, vendors, and regional leadership. The position offers an opportunity to join a rapidly growing collision repair organization and lead an established operation serving multiple communities in Arizona's West Valley.
Requirements
- 2+ years of collision repair management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Understanding of collision repair operations and workflow management
- Experience working with insurance companies and DRP relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
- Customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily collision center operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Manage production flow and repair cycle times
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor repair quality and adherence to OEM procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors
- Review financial performance and identify growth opportunities
- Manage staffing levels and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Foster a positive culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
