The General Manager is responsible for all results in assigned stores, ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met. This role involves monthly P&L reviews with a direct supervisor, a minimum 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day. The General Manager must ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards, are adequately staffed, and that all team members are trained. Responsibilities include maintaining store repairs and maintenance, seamless implementation of new products and ideas, and ensuring all stores operate at a minimum 4-star level. Self-OERs must be performed in the first week of each period with appropriate corrections made. Evaluations and raises are to be completed as needed, with paperwork and the District Office notified. The General Manager must follow through on all assignments and ensure all reports and paperwork are turned in timely and are complete and accurate at the store level. This includes knowing all product and operational standards, ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed, and equipment is in working order. Store budgets must be maintained, and all school lunches prepared and delivered within required standards. Accurate and detailed accountability must be provided, ensuring a paper trail exists. All equipment must be available and utilized correctly, with inventory checks performed on each store monthly. Systems checklists and visit books must be utilized, in place, and used.
