About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Manager to oversee daily operations at a single automotive service center. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for smooth execution, an exceptional customer experience, team development, and overall profitability while upholding PVA and Jiffy Lube standards. The position is suited to a people-focused operational leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of retail service management experience, including KPIs, budgeting, and calculations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to use computers, online tools, and documentation systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; and bend, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
• Comfort working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable leadership and attention to detail.
• Growth-minded approach and willingness to train and develop.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while maintaining a clean, organized, professional workspace.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members, including conducting performance evaluations and taking disciplinary actions.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Complete paperwork related to sales, cash receipts, and employee records.
• Monitor inventory, prevent shrinkage, and manage supply orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns.
• Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Report workers' compensation claims.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the District Manager.
