About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The role requires setting a strong example and consistently following company policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. The General Manager also makes schedules, orders products, trains team members, and hires staff. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
- A criminal background check is required.

- One year of restaurant general management experience preferred.
