This role is similar to an Assistant Manager. The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking customer orders, cleaning equipment and the facility, delivering products, and ensuring food and product accuracy and inventory accountability. Additionally, the General Manager is responsible for labor accountability, employee productivity, cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training employees, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
