About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food and product accuracy, managing inventory, and overseeing labor accountability and employee productivity. Additionally, this position involves cash handling, coaching and training employees, and maintaining a professionally run store. Specific duties can be found by visiting the store.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have basic math and cash handling skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • Prepare products
  • Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders
  • Clean equipment and facility continuously
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
  • Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability
  • Responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity
  • Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy
  • Responsible for coaching and training all employees in all areas
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and professionally run store
