Requirements

• Proven background in the jewelry sector is required.
• Demonstrated success in achieving business outcomes and leading teams.
• Solid experience in a managerial role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or three years of relevant experience, or a combination of both.
