About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a General Manager to oversee store operations and lead employees during scheduled shifts. The role includes managing cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations; setting a positive example for the team; and performing the duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers. The position requires a flexible schedule, including availability when the team needs coverage on weekends and holidays, as stores operate every day of the year.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• At least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Willingness to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong judgment, math, multitasking, attitude, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Manage and motivate a staff of approximately 3 to 30 employees during a shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Model punctuality, a positive attitude, and high standards for the team.
