As a General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our luxury high-rise community. You will oversee all aspects of community management, including resident relations, team leadership, financial performance, and property maintenance. Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years of experience).
  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and technology (property management systems, etc.).
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

  • CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.

  • Partner with the Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention, keeping communication open and building lasting relationships that foster a true sense of community.
  • Curate and host exclusive resident events and dynamic lifestyle programs, cultivating a tight-knit community and a unique sense of belonging!
  • Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and community income flow, ensuring the financial health and stability of the community.
  • Maximize net operating income (NOI) while ensuring a positive resident and associate experience, achieving both financial success and resident satisfaction!
  • Maintain precise financial records and uphold top-tier integrity with strict accounting standards!
  • Analyze financial data, spot trends, and make smart recommendations to boost performance and efficiency!
