About The Position

Responsibilities

Drive membership sales through health and wellness education.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Scenter employees.
Develop employees through leadership, training, and performance reviews.
Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and training.
Communicate information from upper management to the team promptly and accurately.
Identify where assistance is needed and help keep the Scenter on schedule.
Create an environment that supports teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound values.
Manage client expectations and resolve customer concerns.
Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
Follow Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices.
Manage day-to-day operations and focus on key performance indicators, including dog visits, average ticket price, and rebook ratio.
Recruit and hire employees and build an effective team.
Create efficient schedules.
