WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The General Manager, Technical Account Management - Inventory Partners (Inventory TAM) owns the vision, strategy, operating model, and outcomes for the Inventory TAM organization. This role is accountable for defining how we onboard, enable, and scale technical partnerships across the supply ecosystem while translating company strategy into durable technical and operational execution. This is a leadership role at its core. This leader brings deep technical credibility, business judgment, and the kind of leadership that energizes a team and earns the trust of partner teams. They set a clear direction, paint a future people want to run toward, and build the cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support and Commercial counterparts, that turn vision into results. They are comfortable navigating a complex, fast-moving and ambiguous environment, and operating with the calm and clarity that bring others along. They have experience leading leaders, shaping organizations, and driving results at scale while remaining close to the work.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in senior technical, consulting, or client-facing roles within complex technology-driven businesses.
  • 6+ years of experience leading managers and senior leaders in a product, engineering-adjacent, or technical account management organization.
  • Experience within digital advertising, AdTech, and platform ecosystems, with supply-side specialization.
  • Experience defining and scaling supply onboarding strategies, technical partnership models, or platform integrations.
  • Strong working knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and technical architectures; ability to engage deeply with engineering while maintaining executive-level perspective.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Track record of building trusted partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support and Commercial leaders to deliver company-wide impact.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and partnering effectively with peers in regions you don’t directly lead.
  • Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining senior talent.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and own the strategy for Inventory TAM, defining standards, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics that enable scalable growth and high-quality integrations.
  • Lead senior leaders and managers responsible for portfolios spanning SSPs, exchanges, publishers, and other supply partners across NAMER and EMEA, ensuring consistent technical enablement, partnership depth, and execution excellence.
  • Serve as a technical and strategic advisor in executive-level partner and internal engagements where complexity, ambiguity, or new business models require senior technical leadership.
  • Define the Inventory TAM operating model, including engagement standards, escalation frameworks, success measurement, and alignment with Commercial, Operations, Support, Product, and Engineering organizations to solve cross-functional challenges, improve supply-side efficiency, and unlock new growth opportunities through technical innovation.
  • Drive alignment to company priorities by translating the vision you set into clear annual plans, portfolio goals, and reporting mechanisms that create transparency and accountability at the leadership level.
  • Deliver results with company-wide impact, measurable progress against partnership goals, supply-side health, and revenue impact, with clear accountability for outcomes you and your team commit to.
  • Own capacity and investment planning across regions and partner segments, ensuring the organization can flex in response to changing priorities without compromising partner experience or technical quality.
  • Build the next generation of leaders by identifying high-potential talent, coaching senior managers, and creating clear development paths that strengthen the long-term health of the organization.
  • Inspire and energize the team, setting a clear vision, modeling the standards of excellence we want, and building a culture across NAMER and EMEA that people are proud to be part of.
  • Champion AI as a force multiplier, driving practical adoption across the team, removing friction in the way of automation, and influencing how the broader Tech Solutions org leverages AI to scale.
