About The Position
As our General Manager – Service & Solutions, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results. You will bring progressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union-represented workforce. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

- Manage your own local service business as our General Manager - Services & Solutions for KONE Greater Toronto Area.
- Execute and own an annual business plan and work with a budget.
- Work with customers and focus on solutions for them.
- Coach, reinforce, and develop your team.
- Promote a safety culture in your branch.
- Foster a culture that promotes learning for yourself, your team, and your customers.
- Drive the service business operations for your territory.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues.
