Requirements

10+ years of business, commercial, sales, or general management leadership
P&L ownership and growth responsibility
Proven success leading transformation and organizational change
Experience building commercial capabilities from the ground up
Strong skills in sales effectiveness, pricing, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field
