General Manager | Sales / Operations Manager
About The Position
Looking for a management opportunity with room to grow in the beauty industry? We're looking for a Salon Manager to oversee operations at both Drybar Shops and Radiant Waxing in Williamsville. Our philosophy is simple: Focus on one thing and be the best at it. At Drybar, that's blowouts. Our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. At Radiant waxing, it's expert waxing. No facials or nails. Just exceptional waxing services delivered with care, consistency, and hospitality. As a growing business, we're looking for a leader who is passionate about building a strong team culture centered around teamwork, customer experience, accountability and fun. You'll play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while creating an environment where both team members and guests love coming to the salon. Success in this role requires excellent communication between ownership, providers, and guests. Requirements
- Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
