About The Position
Drybar Shops is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee salon operations. At Drybar, the focus is on providing blowouts, with a philosophy of doing one thing and being the best at it. The role offers growth opportunities within the beauty/cosmetology industry.
Requirements
- Experience in management (sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager)
- Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competent trainer and motivator
