About The Position

Amazing Lash Studio® is looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This is a management position with growth opportunities in the Beauty industry.

Requirements

Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
Competent trainer and motivator

Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
Creating Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc.
Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.
