This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations while delivering an exceptional client and guest experience. Requirements
- Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice management experience in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment
- Demonstrated success overseeing high-volume food production and executing large-scale catering operations
- Proven experience managing operating budgets, controlling costs, and driving financial performance
Nice To Haves
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the corporate dining account
- Manages overall day to day operations of the account
- Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
- Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
