Manages and directs the operation of multiple airline catering units or “flight kitchens” with individual gross revenues of $350,000 to $7M+ and direct and indirect headcount of 10 to 100+ employees. This position is eligible for incentive pay of 20% of the annual base salary, dependent upon successful attainment of company, team, and individual goals.
