About The Position

ERock is seeking a highly hands-on and operationally driven manufacturing leader to oversee and grow its Houston manufacturing operations as a General Manager, Manufacturing Operations. This individual must be comfortable balancing tactical execution with longer-term operational planning and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a strong manufacturing background with the ability to lead from the floor, solve problems in real time, support supervisors and frontline teams, and drive operational results through direct involvement and visible leadership presence.
