About The Position

We are partnering with multiple clients across industries to find experienced General Managers / Managing Directors who can lead operations, drive strategic growth, and deliver results. This is an exciting opportunity for senior leaders to take ownership of business performance, manage teams, and make a measurable impact across client organizations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of senior leadership experience in General Management, Managing Director, Operations Director, or similar roles.
Proven track record in managing multi-functional teams and delivering measurable business results.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing multiple locations, business units, or client operations is a plus.
Industry experience may vary based on client needs (e.g., professional services, marketing, technology, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for client organizations or business units.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality performance.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and P&L responsibilities to optimize profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and operational teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
Identify opportunities for business growth, market expansion, and new initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
Represent the organization externally at client meetings, industry events, and public engagements.
