Requirements

8+ years of progressive sales/customer service related experience.
3+ years of leading people.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited college, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills, including succession planning and team engagement.
Knowledge of service operations, material sales, purchasing, distribution, inventory lifecycle, and obsolescence management processes.
Understanding of financial management principles, business performance metrics, and the vertical transportation industry.

Responsibilities

Lead KONE Americas' spare parts strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
Drive profitable sales and support field teams.
Oversee budgeting, cost management, and customer support.
Expand parts sales across all elevator and escalator OEMs.
Develop, monitor, and improve key performance indicators to achieve operational, financial, and customer service objectives.
Analyze market opportunities, support sales growth initiatives, and contribute to marketing and business development strategies.
