About The Position

Grantek is expanding its team with a newly created role that will define our next era of digital enablement. The General Manager – IT & Digital Enablement will own the vision and execution of our enterprise technology ecosystem; spanning IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and AI-driven frameworks. You will shape secure, scalable, high-performing digital systems that support our people and enhance client delivery. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and team development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership, in enterprise IT, AI, digital transformation, and security management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy, AI/ML adoption, cloud and edge computing, DevSecOps, and regulated industry IT governance (pharma, food & beverage preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets, vendors, and complex enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, collaboration, UNS/data integration).
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, risk-aware approach; able to translate business unit needs into IT and AI strategies that enable growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive, technical, and client audiences effectively.
  • Collaborative, decisive, and adaptable leader who builds high-trust teams, drives innovation, and fosters continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and roadmap for Grantek’s IT and Digital Enablement strategy.
  • Build secure, scalable systems and cloud platforms that power both internal operations and client solutions.
  • Champion AI adoption across the enterprise by driving practical, high-impact use cases.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance across regions.
  • Streamline how Grantek builds, tests, and deploys digital solutions using DevSecOps best practices.
  • Partner with business units to align technology goals with company growth and client success.
  • Grow and mentor a talented IT team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance Grantek’s digital capabilities.
  • Ensure business continuity through proactive risk management and reliable IT performance.
