About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager in Training to learn to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service within our Domino's establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the customer service and food service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, managing staff, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
  • 2 years of experience in the Pizza Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and inventory control systems.
  • Familiarity with catering operations and event management.
  • Proficiency in POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in interviewing and team management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to stand for your entire working shift.
  • Must consent to a background check and MVR check.
  • Must have Open Availability.
  • Pizza: 2 years (Required)
  • Food service management: 2 years (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Food Handler Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize POS systems for managing transactions and reporting.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff performance during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu offerings meet guest expectations.
