About The Position

The GMIT role is designed to prepare candidates for full General Manager responsibilities. This position involves hands-on leadership, operational management, and team development while ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient business operations.

Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or retail management preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for coffee culture, guest experience, and team development.
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends
Food handler certification

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and financial performance.
Mentor employees, conduct training sessions, and foster a positive work culture.
Ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain brand expectations.
Process payroll, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with store policies.
Support inventory tracking, vendor management, and ordering processes.
Assist with local promotions, social media efforts, and partnership events.
Address employee concerns, manage customer issues, and provide solutions.
Uphold cleanliness, food safety regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Identify areas for efficiency and suggest operational enhancements.
