Domino's is seeking motivated individuals for our General Manager-In-Training program. This is an opportunity to build a career with significant financial and professional advancement potential. This program offers a unique educational experience that pays, with the potential to run your own store within a year. Beyond store management, there are opportunities to advance into roles such as Training Implementation Specialists, District Managers, Operations Directors, and Marketing Directors, with all these positions filled internally. We are experiencing rapid growth through acquisitions and new builds, and offer an aggressive bonus plan for managers taking on new locations. The training is progressive, starting with understanding all roles in the store, from delivery driver to certified pizza maker, and then moving into management training with three levels. Upon completion, you are eligible to run your own store. The timeline for advancement is dependent on individual performance and availability. We are confident that you will earn a minimum of $52,000 within the first year (working 45-50 hours a week), including tips, mileage, wage, and bonuses. Our highest-paid manager earned over $145,000 last year, having also started as a delivery driver. This program requires dedication and experience-based learning, but offers the potential for significant earnings, a positive work environment, and numerous future opportunities.
