About The Position

Domino's is seeking motivated individuals for our General Manager-In-Training program. This is an opportunity to build a career with significant financial and professional advancement potential. The training is progressive, starting with understanding all roles in the store, from delivery driver to certified pizza maker, and then moving into management training with three levels. Upon completion, you are eligible to run your own store. The timeline for advancement is dependent on individual performance and availability. We are confident that you will earn a minimum of $52,000 within the first year (working 45-50 hours a week), including tips, mileage, wage, and bonuses. Our highest-paid manager earned over $145,000 last year, having also started as a delivery driver. This program requires dedication and experience-based learning, but offers the potential for significant earnings, a positive work environment, and numerous future opportunities.
