The General Manager III is responsible for achieving overall store sales goals and service objectives. This role involves managing and growing professional customer relationships and sales, ensuring the team is accountable for executing customer action plans. The position also includes selection, hiring, development, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and engagement of store Team Members. Ensuring the execution of all inventory and operational standards, and coaching Team Members to deliver on customer expectations (DIY and Professional) are key aspects of this role. Manager on duty responsibilities include team coaching, floor and phone management, task assignment and completion, safety, and open/close duties. The role requires the ability to lead change management and embrace diversity to foster a respectful environment for customers and team members.
