Alice’s Restaurant – A Caring Café, part of ARC of the Treasure Coast in Stuart, FL, is seeking an experienced General Manager & Head Chef to lead its daytime restaurant operations and grow its catering and community events business. This is a hands-on, chef-driven leadership role for a culinary professional skilled in both kitchen operations and overall restaurant management. Alice’s Restaurant combines excellent food with a mission to train and empower individuals with disabilities in a real-world food service environment. The role is responsible for the full operation of the restaurant, including kitchen leadership, front-of-house management, staff development, budgeting, and performance oversight. The General Manager & Head Chef will also be instrumental in developing and expanding catering services, offering opportunities for financial and professional growth.
