About The Position

• At least 8 to 12 years in the restaurant industry, with significant management experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

• Hire, train, and manage staff performance
• Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery
• Manage sales, P&L, labor, and food costs
• Monitor daily reports and drive business decisions
• Ensure inventory control and vendor coordination
• Drive sales through promotions and local marketing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Lead team, improve performance, and maintain positive work environment
