About The Position

Murgado Automotive Group is seeking visionary General Managers and high-performing General Sales Managers to lead their prestigious Florida dealerships. This is an opportunity for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are passionate about luxury automotive to lead a world-class team and deliver unforgettable experiences to discerning clients. The General Manager will have full P&L responsibility and lead all aspects of dealership operations, while General Sales Managers are expected to have a proven track record of crushing sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a General Manager (or strong GSM ready to step up) in a luxury or high-volume automotive dealership.
  • Demonstrated success managing full dealership operations and delivering consistent profitability.
  • Experience with luxury or premium automotive brands is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive bottom-line results.
  • Passion for the luxury automotive industry and a genuine commitment to world-class customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic leadership across all departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion an uncompromising commitment to luxury customer service, creating memorable experiences that drive loyalty and referrals.
  • Own the dealership’s financial performance, delivering strong profitability through disciplined expense management, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute aggressive strategies to maximize new/used vehicle sales, service revenue, and customer retention.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, building a motivated team that consistently exceeds performance goals.
  • Ensure operational excellence and full compliance with manufacturer and Murgado Automotive Group standards and processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
