Requirements

Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
Strong marketing acumen
Skills in budget management, team development, and customer service excellence
Creative thinker with a drive to innovate and connect with diverse audiences
Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and adapting to new challenges
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across multiple foodservice venues including a casual bistro, a seasonal outdoor grille, catering and an upscale/casual restaurant to open this summer
Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty
Manage budgets, analyze market trends, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and operational execution
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 managers and approximately 20 frontline employees
Foster a culture of collaboration, professional development, and accountability
Plan and host restaurant special event, build local partnerships, and champion community engagement
Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences
