Requirements

Previous supervisory or management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
10+ years of construction technology, heavy equipment, or related industry experience preferred.
Location and travel flexibility: This position may be located within any of RDO Equipment Co.’s Construction regions. Preference will be given to candidates located within 45 minutes of a major airport and who are able to travel up to 50% to support field operations, manufacturer partnerships, customer engagement, and business initiatives.
Ability to build trusted partnerships with customers, team members, manufacturers, and business partners.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Leading the development and execution of construction technology programs and marketing initiatives.
Working closely with field General Managers to assess, develop, and strengthen field technology leadership across the organization.
Mentoring construction leaders and championing technology leadership excellence throughout the company.
Collaborating with leading manufacturers including Topcon, John Deere Construction & Forestry, Wingtra, and Trimble to support customer success and technology adoption.
