About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 for a university in downtown Houston, Texas. This position will manage the day-to-day Food Service Operations, Resident Dining, Retail, Catering and Concessions. It requires strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication and project management skills. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5 years Minimum Management Experience
5 years Minimum Functional Experience
Strong strategic leadership skills
Financial acumen
Talent management skills

Project management skills
Strong financial acumen, and P&L background
Knowledge of client contracts
Ability to manage multiple priorities
