About The Position
Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 at HCA Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare in El Paso, TX. Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for a high level of customer service
- Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
- Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years minimum management experience
- 5 years minimum functional experience
Responsibilities
- Have oversight of day-to-day operations
- Implement strategies to drive patient satisfaction scores
- Engage in facility and construction planning
- Develop strategic plans to promote brand management
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
