About The Position
Sodexo is hiring a General Manager 3 - Schools to oversee food service operations for a potential new K‑12 partnership in the Oshkosh/Appleton, Wisconsin region. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading diverse teams, enhancing the quality of school dining programs, and creating meaningful day‑to‑day impact. In this role, you’ll guide the overall direction of the program—introducing new ideas, strengthening operational standards, and supporting a team committed to delivering outstanding service. Requirements
- relevant school nutrition programs experience with demonstrated experience ensuring USDA guidelines within student nutrition programs, such as the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
- have strong financial acumen, and P&L background
- experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
- knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
- can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Management Experience - 4 years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years’ experience in management of school nutrition programs
