About The Position

Sodexo Education is seeking a General Manager 5 (Food- Schools) to manage a large food and nutrition program for the North Puget Sound Area, WA. A valid driver's license and Bachelor's degree are required The ideal candidate will be well versed in Child Nutrition/K-12 food service operations, food and labor cost controls, while also having proven success in driving customer results. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical. Requirements

  • valid driver's license
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Prior experience working within K-12 services and National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Minimum Management Experience - 4 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years’ experience in management of school nutrition programs
