  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience – 5 yearsMinimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for a multi‑unit corporate dining program, including café service, executive dining, and catering.
  • Ensure exceptional hospitality and a consistent, high‑quality guest experience across all service areas.
  • Build, train, and develop culinary and front‑of‑house teams while maintaining strong service and safety standards.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain full compliance with Sodexo policies, food safety regulations, and client expectations.
  • Partner closely with the client to drive satisfaction, support strategic initiatives, and enhance the overall dining program.
