Requirements

Experience with facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
Familiarity with CMMS software for managing maintenance activities.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficient in residential painting techniques for interior and exterior projects.
Ability to use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools effectively.
Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.

Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
