Coury Hospitality is seeking an exceptional and visionary Area General Manager to lead the dynamic operations of Hotel Citrine and AC Hotel Palo Alto. From sustainably designed rooms to California cuisine at Wild Onion Bistro & Bar, Hotel Citrine is the bright, mindful choice in Silicon Valley. Designed for intention and ease, it offers minimalist guest rooms, refined amenities, and intimate meeting spaces—all tailored to Silicon Valley’s fast-paced energy and elevated expectations. As our Area General Manager, you are the strategic force behind two exceptional Marriott-branded hotels. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
  • General Manager or multi-property leadership experience.
  • Strong financial and operational expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Marriott and lifestyle hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the campus which encompasses both hotels.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Lead and develop department leaders across all operational disciplines.
  • Champion guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.
  • Build strong relationships with ownership, clients, and community stakeholders.
