Area General Manager
About The Position
Coury Hospitality is seeking an exceptional and visionary Area General Manager to lead the dynamic operations of Hotel Citrine and AC Hotel Palo Alto. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the campus which encompasses both hotels. The Area General Manager will drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share, lead and develop department leaders, champion guest satisfaction and service excellence, manage budgets, forecasts, and capital planning, and build strong relationships with ownership, clients, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and hospitality, sharp business instincts, and the ability to inspire teams and elevate performance, culture, and guest experience across the campus.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
- General Manager or multi-property leadership experience.
- Strong financial and operational expertise.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Marriott and lifestyle hotel experience preferred.
