About The Position

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club is hiring for a General Maintenance role at its historic property in Northeast Florida. The position responds to repair requests and addresses general maintenance issues, including plumbing, holes in walls, and lightbulb replacements. It also maintains a log of maintenance requests and completed work and ensures maintenance tools are stored properly and safely.

The role requires varied scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and involves working outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods and moving about the property.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of general engineering and maintenance experience.
• Able to lift, carry, and move 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods and move about the property.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Available for varied scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience desired.
