General Maintenance Worker
About The Position
As a Commercial Maintenance Technician, you will keep our client's commercial facility operating safely and smoothly. In this role, your daily maintenance tech duties will include: Performing general building maintenance and light repairs throughout the facility. Replacing and repairing lighting fixtures and performing basic building repairs. Completing basic plumbing tasks, such as toilet repairs. Patching sheetrock and painting walls as needed. Hanging items and assisting with office setups and modifications. Executing additional general maintenance tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable & punctual
- 1+ years of experience as a Commercial Maintenance Technician or building maintenance tech preferred.
- Strong work ethic with dependable, punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
