Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. Conduct routine inspections and identify any maintenance or repair needs. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from staff and tenants. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and materials used. Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects. Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide maintenance activities.
