The General Maintenance Worker II is a Ministerial Support position. Ministerial Support staff serve in operational and service support roles and are not required to personally affirm Mount Hermon Association, Inc.’s (“MHA”) Christian mission, vision and beliefs. However, it is expected that staff who fill these roles – no matter their personal beliefs - respect, work in harmony with, and not undermine MHA’s Christian mission, vision and beliefs. Additionally, they are required to abide by MHA’s culture code and standards of conduct. All staff are expected to join gatherings, which includes prayer, worship, and Bible-centered teaching. All staff join into our community life of prayer, worship and spiritual activity, including but not limited to staff meetings, attendance at programs, Bible Study, and staff gatherings. This is a “Swing Shift: position for the following days of the week. Thursday–Monday (3pm-12am) The General Maintenance Worker II (nights and weekends) - is responsible for the continued safe and functional operation, maintenance and physical improvements of MHA facilities, to ensure outstanding and life-transforming guest experience in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, vision and values.
