About The Position
TCH is seeking a General Maintenance Worker II for Fort Huachuca JITC to perform diverse repairs, execute preventative maintenance, and manage landscaping in strict accordance with contractual specifications. This position is responsible for the installation, repair/maintenance, and compliance of heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems. This role is part of the AbilityOne Program, which provides employment opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities. Due to contract requirements, this position requires a documented disability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years' experience of facilities maintenance
- Two years of HVAC experience
- EPA Section 608 certificate
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain site access to the base
- Must have a Real ID that is federally compliant
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a current AZ Driver’s License
- Must have a 39-month clean driving record
- Documented disability (due to contract requirements)
