Kendal at Hanover is seeking a full-time experienced General Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Team!
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or ten or more years of related experience and/or training.
- Strong working knowledge of the related trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC).
- Valid driver's license.

- 10+ years of experience and a degree.
Responsibilities
- Performing project assignments and renovations.
- Performing work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork, furnishings, finishes, hardware, and maintaining grounds.
- Supporting the operational needs of the facility as needed.
- Responding to emergencies and other urgent needs for general services such as heating, lighting, water, and sewage.
- Proactively planning material requests necessary to complete work orders.
- Collaborating with department purchaser to identify necessary stock items.
