About The Position

The primary purpose of this job is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continued operation of all machines, equipment, and building systems. This role involves inspecting and diagnosing problems related to the safe operation of equipment and systems, performing routine preventive maintenance on various machinery and material handling equipment, and completing assigned work orders in a timely manner using the facilities work order system/CMMS. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining the serviceability of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, as well as the overall appearance of the facilities both inside and outside. Additionally, the role includes ensuring safe entrances during winter months by managing snow and ice conditions. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or Technical Vocational School Training

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose problems related to safe operation of all equipment and systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance of all conveyor, machinery, equipment, and material handling as directed
• Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner utilizing the facilities work order system/CMMS
• Maintain the serviceability of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas throughout our facilities
• Maintain the overall appearance of our facilities both inside and outside
• Maintain safe entrances for all during winter months controlling snow and ice conditions
• Have ability to work independently and in a team based on the needs of the work order
• Other duties to be assigned as needed
