We are currently looking for a General Maintenance Technician to join our team
in Broussard, LA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repair activities on various pieces of equipment to include, water pumps, pressure sets, marine sanitation devices, lights, light plants, lift pumps and tanks.
• Diagnoses, services and repairs various systems that are found on pieces of equipment such as mechanical controls, pressure switches, power cords, lamps, pumps and motors.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions found in the equipment and completes repair.
• Cleans and services all equipment to prepare it for rent.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment while operating a forklift.
• Keeps tools, equipment and work area clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, pressure washing, maintenance, weedeating, and proper disposal of debris on property.
• On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled.
• Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures during work.
• Ensures full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
• Performs any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.
