This role involves conducting all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental, and contamination control policies, procedures, and regulations, while wearing proper personal protective equipment. The technician will perform preventive maintenance tasks such as changing engine fluids and filters, lubricating and cleaning components, and testing equipment performance. They will also maintain and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment and supporting systems in the field. The position requires supplying all required information, supporting documentation, and photos to the Preventive Maintenance Dispatcher and Service Estimator for identified repairs and additional services. The technician must maintain company service literature, stay aware of technical changes, maintain required tools, and attend training sessions as needed. Work is to be performed in a neat and orderly fashion, adhering to contamination control guidelines, with a constant effort to improve work methods, the work area, and safety standards. Flexibility in schedule to work nights and weekends is required. All required documentation must be completed for the customer and PM Dispatcher. Other duties as assigned.
