About The Position

Performs maintenance of guest rooms, guest cottages, and Inn. Completes all tasks in accordance with the guideline for performance standards and safety established by the Engineering Dept. Assists the room attendant with heavy cleaning. Responsible for completing all tasks and assignments in a timely manner. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Responsible for section keys, supplies, equipment and checklists.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak the English language.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred prior experience in Maintenance.
• Congeniality, self-motivated, good people skills, strong ability to adapt and accept changes.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests with proper salutation.
• After training, ability to maintain guest’s rooms to meets Skytop’s standards.
• Responsible for completing all tasks and assignments in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
• Responsible for section keys, supplies, equipment and checklists.
